CBJ Purchasing Division of Finance is the sole point of contact for all matters pertaining to this procurement. No oral interpretations will be made. Submit any interpretation requests in writing, noting issuing Buyer and quote number. Request must be received a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the quote deadline via email to Purchasing@juneau.gov or online This quote will establish a performance-based term contract with the City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ or City) and a responsive and responsible Contractor/Contractor to furnish complete professional services for the inspection, maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems and their components. Service will generally be needed during normal business hours and occasionally after normal business hours. The initial contract term will be in effect from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, with four (4) additional years automatic annual renewal terms based on satisfactory performance. The final contract expiration date is June 30, 2029. The City reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine an acceptable level of Contractor's responsibility and their ability to satisfactorily perform all duties of this contract. If a Contractor is judged non-responsible their quote will be deemed non-responsive and the CBJ may choose to award to the next lowest response received. Question Deadline 05/17/2024
