**As of June 27, 2024 project was awarded to Global Underground but awarded amount is not available.** The work to be performed generally includes the construction of a 12" water transmission main within Town of Monument right-of-way. Supply and construction of 12" DR18 C900 PVC as designated in the drawings. Supply and installation of various fittings, 12" gate valves, blowoffs, disinfection, testing, concrete thrust blocks, clearing & grubbing, erosion control BMPs, concrete & asphalt removal, concrete & asphalt repair, traffic control, seeding & revegetation, and all incidental work required to complete the project as specified in the drawings and specifications. Final Addendum shall be issued on May 30th, 2024. Work shall be within Triview Metropolitan District easements and shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Qualifications of the BIDDER and/or BIDDER's subcontractor(s) should include experience in the installation of potable water lines by open-cut, the ability to post performance and payment bonds, and the ability to deliver the work in conformance with specifications within the contract time. The basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible Bid as determined by OWNER. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that Bid or combination of Bids, if any, which, in its sole and absolute judgment will under all circumstances best serve the OWNER's interest. No Bid will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible or unreliable by the OWNER. A Bid Bond of 5% of the Bid will be required. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.
