Reference Number 0000270170 Questions concerning submitting through MERX should be addressed to: MERX: CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE: 1-800-964-6379 EMAIL: MERX@MERX.COM The Work of this Contract, consists of the field check, development and design of the track switch hot air blowers, manufacturing and supply of the equipment, installation, commissioning and testing and training of the TTC personnel in operation and maintenance of the equipment installed at TTC's Wilson Yard and TTC's Davisville Yard. The Bidder shall complete and submit an executed Agreement to Bond, in a form satisfactory to TTC for the provision of a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each for a sum equal to at least 50% of its Total Bid Price and in the form required by TTC. TTC's right to accept or reject any or all Bids or to accept a Bid including the lowest price Bid, whether or not it complies with the Bid Documents, or to cancel this RFB at any time prior to the Notification of Award is expressly reserved without liability to TTC. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
