Project Overview MnDOT requests letters of interest for an ITR of SP 3408-95. SP 3408-95 is an interchange at the intersection of Trunk Highway (TH) 23 and TH 9 with a realignment of County Road (CR) 40 to connect to TH 9 in the City of New London and is currently scheduled for letting in December 2026. The design will be provided to MnDOT by MnDOT's design contractor. MnDOT's design contractor is not eligible to serve as MnDOT's reviewer. Project Goal The goal of this project is to provide MnDOT with a team that will serve as the ITR Team for design deliverables (including electronic design files, calculations, and reports) such as draft construction limit roll plot, final construction limit roll plot, and 15, 30, 60, 90, and 100 percent detailed design submittals for SP 3408-95.
