The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to: operate and maintain the wastewater treatment facility in accordance with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) permit, the treatment facility's O&M Manual, and MN Rule 7080. At time of bid, the prime contractor shall be a certified Service Provider in accordance with MN Rule 7083 and employ staff with an MPCA Class C Wastewater Operator license. Bidders shall provide name of license holder and proof of Class C Wastewater Operator license. Licensure shall be maintained for the duration of the agreement. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
