Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2025 FMA00068.00.28.20 / 8F135 State Project No. 2025-508-8F135, This project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference and has a 1 % (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Remove and replace continuous 18" pipe from 12" after the valve and filter vault to beyond pier 4, including directionally drilling in-between. 2. Remove road and excavate portion of 1st Ave to provide the demo and replacement of the 18" pipe under the road and provide for the directionally drilling of the 18" pipe. 3. Modification to the pipe bridge and piers to accommodate the 18" pipe over the Middle Fork Crow River. 4. Clear and grub grade around exposed 18" pipe at the peninsula of the Middle Fork Crow River for an area of 20' wide, 10' off centerline of pipe, for a length of 600'. Alternate 1: Furnish and install 100' of 18" stainless steel pipe beyond pipe replacement at the pipe bridge.
