The work includes the construction of approximately 9000 cubic yards of common excavation, 4250 cubic yards of aggregate base, 3900 tons of bituminous surfacing, 60 linear feet of sanitary manhole, 450 linear feet of 8" PVC sanitary sewer, 3300 linear feet of 6" - 10" PVC watermain, 12900 linear feet of B618 curb and gutter, 7000 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 2250 square yards of concrete walk driveway pavement, 4670 square yards of turf establishment, 1 infiltration system, 4 stormceptor units, and 2400 linear feet of modular block retaining wall, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates, truck rentals, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Targeted Group Business Program Goals, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certification. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by 06/21/2027. The project involves but is not limited to the complete construction of public improvements for the reconstruction of several streets. Individual elements of work shall include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveways, pipe and other miscellaneous items. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Street excavation. 4. Sanitary sewer construction. 5. Water main construction. 6. Water and sewer service construction. 7. Storm sewer construction. 8.
