Bid Security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. The Duryea Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive informalities in the bidding.
