Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Cheney, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 72,200-square-foot educational facility.

Phase 2 of a two-phase renovation and modernization of the Science Building (Areas A, D, and E as indicated in the drawings). Phase 2 is approximately 72,200 gross square feet and consists of site work, abatement, demolition, infrastructure replacement and upgrades, exterior upgrades, and interior improvements. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE and 5% Washington Small Business, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. Time for Completion: Contract Time The undersigned hereby agrees to Substantially Complete all the work under the Base Bid (and accepted Alternates) within 548 calendar days after the date of Notice to Proceed. Final Completion All the Work shall be fully and finally completed in accordance with the contract documents within 90 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
