Contract A: New Sanitary Sewer Manhole - Excavate around existing sanitary sewer pipeline to determine depth and install new 48" pre-cast concrete manhole. Contractor responsible to provide by-pass pumping. Contract B: Re-lining of Sanitary Sewers - Cast in place pipe lining of 18" sanitary sewer and rehabilitate existing manholes. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Stark County will be applicable to this project. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Stark County, and the Village of Brewster, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614-644-2239. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The Village also reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most favorable, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items. The Village will award to the lowest and best bidder, and/or may reject all bids. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 90 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period.
