STA-Brewster Stormwater Mitigation Study PID No. N/A Stark County Area Transportation Study Technical or scope of services questions specific to the project and Enhanced Letter of Interest (Lol) requirements can be directed to: Spencer Gibbs, Transportation Planner, SCATS, at (330) 451-7015 or scgibbs@starkcountyohio.gov The Stark County Area Transportation Study (SCATS), through the Stark County Regional Planning Commission (SCRPC), is issuing a request for letters of interest for a study to identify options that will allow storm water from the underpass of State Route 93 under the railroad tracks in the Village of Brewster to drain fast enough so that the probability of the underpass flooding is greatly reduced. The methods to do so include, but are not limited to, increasing the number of catch basins, increasing the size of the storm sewer, and/or intercepting and diverting storm water prior to it getting to the underpass. Estimated Construction Cost: N/A Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant. It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by January 7, 2026. The Study is to be completed within 9 months from the date of authorization.
