Site work for a water / sewer project in Brewster, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
New Sanitary Sewer Manhole - Excavate around existing sanitary sewer pipeline to determine depth and install new 48 pre-cast concrete manhole. Contractor responsible to provide by-pass pumping. The engineer will accept questions for this project until 4:00 pm on May 21, 2025 by submitting any questions in writing to mail@wequicksall.com or fax (330) 339-2227. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, current DBE utilization goals, and the requirement for a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the contract price. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The Village also reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most favorable, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items. The Village will award to the lowest and best bidder.
