Construct a reinforced concrete foundation and accessible ramp from the parking lot at the Brain A. Mattson Recreation Center to the Veteran's Memorial. Questions regarding this project shall be directed to Purchasing & Contract Services Manager, in writing, via the current project database Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the Owner for Five Percent of the Total Amount of the Bid. A Certified Check May Be Used in Lieu of a Bid bond The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his bid. The City expressly reserves the right to reject a bid from any Contractor who has within the last year, or is currently not, in substantial compliance, as determined by the City Manager, with the time requirements or other significant provisions of a City of Keene contract Notice to Proceed and to complete the PROJECT within: calendar days for substantial completion. calendar days for contract completion.
