Fabricate one (1) City of Parkersburg Gateway Sign in accordance with the approved detail drawings (by KMA Design, dated: 2-14-2020) attached herein. The sign shall be "Sign Type 1 - Primary Gateway - Iilluminated" as detailed on sheet 13 of the approved drawing package. b. Provide an adequate foundation for the Gateway Sign in the location shown on the provided Site Plan (by City of Parkersburg). Contractor shall be responsible for foundation design and design of connection(s) between foundation and fabricated Gateway Sign. Foundation, connections, and Gateway Signage shall be designed to adequately resist all environmental loads present at the specified location. c. Install the Gateway Sign in the location shown on the provided Site Plan (by City of Parkersburg). d. Supply electrical power for lighting features of the Gateway Sign. Connect electrical power to Cityinstalled panel/disconnect located on drop-poles. Refer to the provided Site Plan (by City of Parkersburg) for proposed power supply location and additional information. e. Contractor shall provide and install lighting features as specified in the detail drawings (by KMA Design). GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK The general scope of work shall include the furnishing of all labor, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, transportation, utility services, other special structures, and all other means necessary to construct and complete the #2024-13 GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT. All work shall be completed in full compliance with the Drawings, the Proposal, the Contract, and these Specifications.
