Location: Forest District 11, Pinchot State Forest, LACKAWANNA COUNTY, THORNHURST Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, supervision, materials, tools and equipment, miscellaneous items and performing all work necessary to complete all construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to the approval of, the Department. All construction work shown on the contract drawings and not expressly mentioned in the specifications, and all work specified and not shown on the contract drawings but obviously necessary to the proper execution of same shall be performed by the Contractor, as it is not the intent to delineate or describe every detail and feature of the work. No change orders to the contract will be approved for any materials, equipment and/or labor to perform work hereunder unless it can be clearly shown to be beyond the scope and intent of the drawings and specifications, and absolutely essential to the proper prosecution of the work. a. Construction of the Red Pine Plantation Trail alignment from Station 11+00.00 to Station 15+50.00. Includes, but is not limited to, placement of foreign borrow, runoff protection riprap, and aggregate. b. Construction of a new prefabricated modular/panel steel truss on reinforced concrete abutments, associated riprap placement, channel grading, and guide rail installation for the Red Pine Plantation Trail crossing over Sand Spring Run.
