Site work and paving for a road / highway in Thornhurst, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to complete mill and overlay pavement improvements on Pine Grove Road. Question Deadline 04/25/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be online Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be online Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received online will be opened online at the Engineer's Office and referred to Thornhurst Township for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on at online following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above.
