The City of Oregon City (hereinafter referred to as "City"), through the Public Works Department, is requesting proposals from firms (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant") that are interested in providing professional engineering and construction management services for the 2025 Oregon City Roadway Reconstruction Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). Each year, the City of Oregon City uses Pavement Maintenenace Utility Fees (PMUF) to provide new surfaces to the existing road network. As design continues, residents directly impacted will be informed about progress and status updates of the project will be provided periodically on this webpage. Streets anticipated to receive roadwork in summer 2025 are : - Oaktree Ct - Pinewood Ct - Sebastian Way - Stillmeadow Dr : Gaffney to Pinecreek - Replacing lighting along this road - Main St : 99E to 6th St - Also seeking some additional bike parking in this block - 6th St : 99E to Railroad Ave - Johnson St : Williams to Holmes - Warner Milne Rd : Molalla to Beavercreek Rd - Warner Milne Rd : Molalla to Fox Ln - Boynton St : Warner Parrott to Highland - Cherry Ave : Park to Charman - Harrison St : 7th St to 9th St - South 2nd St : 99E to High St *Some additional ADA work may be included to prepare for future in-house paving projects for 2026. The City of Oregon City reserves the right to (1) reject any or all submittals not in compliance with public solicitation procedures if it is in the best interest of the public to do so; (2) postpone establishment of a final decision for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from due date for consultant submittal; (3) waive informalities in the proposals; and (4) to select the consultant which appears to be in the best interest of the City.
