Reference Number 0000356447 The City of Mary Esther (the City) hereby gives notice of the following Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified vendors for pervious rubber pavement that is poured in place and ADA compliant with at least a 10-year warranty. Materials and Work Requested: Materials Pervious rubber pavement that is poured in place. Rubber pavement must be ADA-compliant. Materials provided must have at least a 10-year warranty. All materials must be tested and meet EPA requirements for low-impact development in wetland and flood-prone areas. Materials provided must be free of heavy metal leaching, lead free, and non-toxic. Bids should include the percentage range of recycled rubber used. Delivery Requirements for Material Materials must be delivered to 195 Christobal Road, Mary Esther, FL 32569 or within 2 miles of this address as specified by the City. Installation Requirements Bids should include installation directions and include binders and all materials needed or specified to install product. Products need to be appropriate and specific for trails and for sidewalk applications.
