Navajo County Community College District, dba Northland Pioneer College, is currently seeking sealed performance data and qualification statements (Statement of Qualifications) to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) preconstruction and construction services for design and construction of a new center building at NPCs Kayenta Center. Question Deadline 07/02/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions must be submitted via electronically. Questions and answers will be posted on electronically by 5:00 PM 11 July 2024 (Arizona Time). The CMAR’s services shall be in two phases for each component of the project: The Preconstruction Phase and the Construction Phase. The project has a construction budget of $8,895,000 to be completed by May 31, 2027. The budget includes the CMAR’s preconstruction phase fee and the GMP, the GMP shall include the CMR’s construction phase fee. The CMAR shall work closely with the Owner and Architect during the Construction Documents phase to ensure the budget is not exceeded. The GMPs shall be provided at the point where the contract documents are approximately 75% complete. The total of both GMPs shall not exceed the project construction budget. The CMAR will be responsible for: 1) ensuring that project is completed within the approved budget, 2) ensuring that the project is completed within the approved schedule, 3) ensuring that the project conformsto the College Facilities Standards, and 4) providing the following services:
