New general building construction, repair, and renovation services are required to support facilities within MCAGCC 29 Palms, MCMWTC Bridgeport, and MCLB Barstow, as well as other locations approved within the NAVFAC Southwest area of responsibility. Qualified firms must possess current and relevant experience, personnel, and capability to execute a broad range of specialty trade construction activities consistent with NAICS 238990. The effort is part of market research to identify Small Businesses, SBA-certified 8(a) firms, SBA-certified HUBZone firms, EDWOSBs, and SDVOSBs capable of performing this work. Responses will support the Government's consideration of set-aside procurement strategies but do not constitute a request for proposal and will not result in reimbursement. The planned contract structure includes a two-year base period and a three-year option period, for a potential total of five years, with an estimated value of $49,000,000 across all years. Task orders are anticipated to range between $2,000 and $1,500,000. Location: MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, 1 5th Street, Twentynine Palms, CA 92278; MCMWTC Bridgeport, 1 Pickel Meadow Rd, Coleville, CA 96107; MCLB Barstow, 454 Norman Ave, Barstow, CA 92311.
