The 180th FW Contracting Office at Toledo ANGB, is issuing this Solicitation for Project No: WYTD242005 Title: Facility 114 & 124 Shower Renovation. This project is to remove damaged drywall, tile, piping, and metal studs. Re-mediate mold in those areas, make plumbing repairs, re-construct the walls and showers to make usable again. The construction/contract duration is 30 calendar days after Notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. This project is solicited as Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The date for the pre-bid conference/site visit is on 31 July 2024. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. The bid opening date is on 26 Aug 2024. Funds are available for this contract. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.
