Construction includes underground electric; electrical panel; overhead lights; associated switches; receptacles and other related work (the Project"). All work shall be as described by the contract drawings and project manual. Bidders are expected to examine the plans and specifications with care and to inform themselves fully of the conditions affecting the proposed construction. Bidders shall examine the construction site and ascertain all conditions affecting the execution of the work. The plans show the existing surface and underground structures likely to be encountered or to affect the proposed construction insofar as they have been determined, but the information shown is not guaranteed as to either correctness or completeness. Each bidder is expected to judge on their own all the factors affecting the cost of the work and time required for its completion, including sub-soil condition.
