Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shickshinny, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of August 30, 2024, the project was not awarded. No definite date for the rebid. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to remove existing vegetation, demolish existing driveway, demolish existing stormwater piping, demolish existing baseball field fencing, install new stormwater utilities and piping, pave new driveway and parking lot, pave new walkways, install new baseball field backstop, fencing, foul poles, infield and outfields, dugouts, bleachers and other accessories. Question Deadline 07/08/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Responses will be provided via online. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The Hunlock Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Schedule 1.
