Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to provide new electrical equipment in the Illinois State University (ISU) Linkins Dining Center. The scope of work will include removing existing 5KV primary switchgear and substation and replace with new 500KVA transformer and new distribution panels. All measures shall be taken to avoid unnecessary outages by coordinating with the ISU Project Manager. Contractor shall have all material on hand and ready for installation prior to beginning outages. Contractor shall schedule and coordinate all work to conform with the intent of the sequence of construction. To give questions appropriate consideration and to give bidders time to respond to the resulting clarifications, the University requires that all questions be submitted no later than 4:30pm July 1st, 2024 to Mary Kate Schopp at mkschop@ilstu.edu.
