Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Prequalifications, issued under project number C14-14-24 which closed on July 25, 2024. A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the supply and installation of 1200mm watermain, distribution watermains, sewer, roadway, curb, sidewalk and cycle track construction and consists of approximately: - 10,000 square metres of composite road reconstruction - 4,750 square metres of road resurfacing - 125 linear metres of 150mm diameter watermain - 425 linear metres of 200mm diameter watermain - 200 linear metres of 300mm diameter watermain - 1,100 linear metres of 1200mm watermain - 138 linear metres of sewer lowering - 455 linear metres of sewer laterals - 2,500 linear metres of curb reconstruction - 5,425 square metres of concrete sidewalk and approaches - Construction of New Traffic Signal Underground Main at Selkirk (Community of Hamilton) - Construction of New Traffic Signal Underground Main at Parkdale (Community of Hamilton) - Pavement markings - Management of 16,100 tonnes of Soil Materials Documents can be obtained at: https://hamilton.bidsandtenders.ca
