Site work and paving for a road / highway in Avon Lake, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All interested contractors are required to purchase the Bid Book and Improvement Plans from the City of Avon Lake to submit a bid. project consists of full width pavement reconstruction of Vineyard Road, from Division Road to Electric Boulevard (approximately 1,700 linear feet) for the Base Bid. The Add Alternate Bid will be Redwood Boulevard, from Duff Drive to east of Ashwood Drive (approximately 425 linear feet). Questions by prospective bidders concerning this project should be directed in writing to the Avon Lake City Engineer, Chris Howard, P.E. by fax to (440) 934-7879 or by email to choward@bramhall-engineering.com, no later than July 12, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
