There Will Be Two New Rrfb Crossings and Minor Storm Line Relocation. Schedule B Consists of Approximately 4,500 Sf of New Sidewalk and a Ramp Replacement. There is Also Minor Storm System Revisions. All Construction Shall Be Completed by December 15, 2024. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any Contractor Who Has Not Performed Acceptably on Past Projects With the Owner, or Others (This Includes Sub-contractor Relationships). The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any Contractor Who the Owner Determines Cannot Do the Project Within the Timeline or Does Not Have the Resources and Financial Stability to Complete the Project.
