Site work for a water / sewer project in Corolla, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The County of Currituck, North Carolina requests bids from qualified contractors to construct 10" diameter C900 PVC raw water transmission piping associated with the Whalehead Club South well site. The well site and the transmission line project are located on Whalehead Club property. The Whalehead Club address is 1100 Club Road, Corolla, Currituck County, North Carolina. All bidders must meet the licensing requirements under Chapter 87 of the N.C. General Statutes. Small Business Entities, Women Owned Businesses, Minority Owned Businesses, Veteran and Service-disabled Veteran Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and defects, as it may deem to be in its best interest. Questions and/or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to Crystal Owens, Contract Purchasing Agent email to Bids@CurrituckCountyNC.gov no later than 11:00 a.m. (EST) on Friday, July 12, 2024. All questions requiring additional information will be responded to in an addendum no later than 4:00 p.m. Monday, July 15, 2024. All addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents.
