This is a preliminary Sources Sought Notice seeking contractors suitable to perform the work listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please submit your interest and capabilties statement to the Contracting Specialist, Nic Mace, at Nicholas.Mace@dla.mil. A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) is forthcoming, and will include adequate time to host a site visit and address all Q&A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, instruments, supplies, supervision, repair parts, and management required to perform the maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain a Mobile Shooting Range, located at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond Va. Contractor will remove all the damaged wall panels, floor panels, and bullet trap rubber mat. Once the old, damaged materials are removed we will install the new materials in these locations. We will also be cleaning out all the debris in the bullet trap and reinstalling the existing materials back in the trap. Contractor will provide all labor, travel, expenses required to perform the maintenance and repairs, as needed to the integrated live-fire and virtual weapons training systems for the DLA Police Department's shooting range. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
