Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Scope of Work: The Scope of Services for this Project will include all pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, construction management, and close-out services for the removal of existing stairs and construction of new stairs and installation of a new escalator as more fully described in this RFQ This project will include the removal of existing stairs to Gates 6 and 7, the construction of new stairs, and the installation of a new escalator in the location of the original stairs. The escalator will be procured in a separate solicitation that will include the manufacturing of the escalator, shipping, and installation. The selected Construction Management firm will be responsible to perform the demolition and modifications to concrete structures, electrical systems, and other affected areas necessary to accommodate the escalator installation and construction of the new stairs, all of which is currently under design. The scope will also include coordination with the escalator manufacturer for their delivery and installation of the new escalator. The Panama City Bay County Airport and Industrial District dba Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (Airport) reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject, cancel, or withdraw this bid at any time and waive any irregularities in the bid process. The Airport reserves the right to award any contract to the respondent that it deems to offer the best overall service; therefore, the Airport is not bound to award any contract based on the lowest quoted price. The Airport, in its sole and absolute discretion, also reserves the right to waive any minor defects in the process and to accept the bid deemed to be in the Airport's best interest.
