This project package includes structural & miscellaneous steel, steel joists & metal decking, ships ladder, casework, millwork, wood paneling, FRP, water proofing, insulation & vapor retarders, metal wall panels & flashings, TPO roofing & accessories, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware (including supply of storefront doors hardware), sectional overhead doors, automatic entrances, aluminum framed storefronts, glazed aluminum curtain walls, service/teller window units, glazing, wall & ceiling systems (metal stud framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings & baffles, ballistic resistant panels...), tiling, resilient athletic flooring (rubber sports flooring), tile carpeting, walk off mats, static dissipative tile flooring, rubber base & transitions, acoustic wall panels, acoustic ceiling baffles, painting & coatings, anti-graffiti/water repellents, visual display units, wall & door protection, toilet/bath/laundry accessories, fire protection specialties, flag poles, window shades, engineered carport structures, fire suppression/sprinkler systems, asphalt concrete paving (on site & off site), pavement markings, (on site & off site), chain link fences & gates, auto gates/operators, interior chain link enclosures, site furnishings (benches, bike racks, & tree grates), landscaping, and irrigation. Project is located at 150 Grange Avenue, Molalla, OR 97038. No PRE-BID meeting for Bid Package Four (4) will be held as this is a new ground up building on an empty site however, we encourage bidders to swing by the site on their own to investigate site conditions. All proposers must clearly outline their ability, capacity, and associated cost to furnish payment and performance bonds covering the faithful performance of the subcontract and the payment for all obligations arising hereunder. P&C reserves the right to consider in the evaluation the ability of proposers to provide payment and performance bonds, the associated cost of payment and performance bonds, and the current financial resources of the proposer. INTRODUCTION Atlas Technical Consultants has performed a geophysical evaluation pertaining to the CMolalla-4-01 project. The subject property is located at 150 Grange Avenue in Molalla, Oregon (Figure 1). The primary purpose of our study was to characterize the subsurface geologic conditions at the project site through the collection of seismic surface wave data. It is our understanding that the results of this report will be used by your office for design and construction at the site. Specifically, our services included the performance of a single refraction microtremor (ReMi) one dimensional (1-D) passive source shear wave profile at the site. This report presents the survey methodology, equipment used, analysis, and findings. Our services were conducted on October 21, 2022. 2. SCOPE OF SERVICE Our scope of services included: Performance of one 1-D ReMi profile (RL-1). Compilation and geophysical analysis of the collected data. Preparation of this illustrated report presenting our methodology and findings. 3. SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project site is located in a parking lot near the intersection of Robbins Street and Grange Avenue in Molalla, Oregon
