Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mountainside, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot stadium.
The construction of a new 10,000-square foot adaptive equestrian riding ring building and associated site improvements, reconstruction of an outdoor equestrian arena, renovation of an existing manure storage shed and loading dock, renovation of an existing locker room, and associated site, drainage, and utility improvements. The Authority reserves the right to (i) reject any Bid in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and any Bid that is deemed not responsible in accordance with law; and (ii) to waive minor immaterial informalities or technical errors in accordance with law.
