Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mountainside, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids must be made on the Borough's form of bid and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Borough Clerk, Borough of Mountainside, 1385 Route 22, Mountainside, N. J. and hand delivered or sent via certified mail or courier service to the place and hour named. Bids shall be endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name and address "BID PROPOSAL FOR CONTRACT 2025-4 - GRANITE BLOCK CURB IMPROVEMENTS ON VARIOUS STREETS". Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, not to exceed $20,000.00 and made payable to the Borough of Mountainside as a Proposal Guaranty. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et. seq. and NJAC 17:27. The Borough of Mountainside hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract to any bidder whose proposal, in the Borough's judgement, best serves its interest.
