Recommended award for Shore Top Construction Corp for $136,760 Sealed bids are requested for Contract 2025-7 regarding the repaving of tennis courts at various locations. Bids must follow the provided plans and specifications, which can be obtained from the Borough Clerk's office for a non-refundable fee. Proposals must use the official bid form, be enclosed in a sealed envelope, and be clearly labeled with 'BID PROPOSAL FOR CONTRACT 2025-7 - REPAVING OF TENNIS COURTS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS.' Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for ten percent of the total bid amount, not to exceed $20,000, payable to the Borough of Mountainside as proposal guaranty. Compliance with NJSA 10:5-31 et. seq. and NJAC 17:27 is required. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any proposal deemed in the Borough's best interest. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 at 1:00 PM ET Should any bidder be in doubt as to intent of Plans and Specifications; he should at once notify the Engineer in writing. Questions will not be answered if received after 1:00 P.M., eight (8) calendar days before bid opening date. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
