Invitations are extended to qualified bidders for roof replacement and repairs at Mountainside Public Library. The work includes, but is not limited to: all work including submittals and any other Division 1 requirements, utilities, superstructure, finishes, MEP systems and equipment, painting, site work and site restoration, and such other construction work as may be required to render this contract complete and ready for the intended use, including warranties, guarantees, and training incidental to the project as set forth in the contract documents, including specified allowance items. The project requires DPMC Trade Pre-qualifications: C008 General Construction OR C009 General Construction/Alterations and Additions; C068 Roofing Membrane Modified Bitumen; C070 Roofing-Build up; C072 Roofing-Tile/Slate/Shingles. All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Borough in the Bid Packet. Bidders must comply with all applicable state laws and regulations including affirmative action, prevailing wage, business registration, and submission of ownership and subcontractor disclosure statements. Bid security, as well as a certificate of surety from a licensed company, must accompany each bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities as permitted by law.
