Contract #3 The construction of a new 220,000 gallon water storage tank and related appurtenances, with the rehabilitation of two (2) existing 210,000 gallon water storage tanks. Contract Times (Calendar Days) Substantial / Final Payment 240 / 270 The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to City of Belmont in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The City of Belmont reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
