CBS wishes to select Design-Build team to design and construct a replacement or renovation of the public restroom facility at Crescent Harbor. The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is soliciting Proposals from qualified Design-Build (DB) Teams to design and construct a replacement or renovation of the public restroom facility at Crescent Harbor, located in Crescent Park near the intersection of Finn Alley and Lincoln Street. CBS intends to select the DB Team utilizing a Qualifications and Price-competitive process to procure the highest qualified contractor with the strongest management team at market competitive fees. The Project requires design and construction services including design development, engineering, construction document preparation, permitting, scheduling, and construction. Questions can be directed to the Contract Manager, at publicworks@cityofsitka.org, Inquiries shall be submitted no later than Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 5:00:00 PM Alaska Time Zone. CBS reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities in the Proposals, and to negotiate a contract with the respondent that best meets the selection criteria. This project should be Substantially Completed on or before April 31, 2025 with an additional 30 days for Physical Completion and an additional 30 days for Final Completion.
