Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of August 5, 2024 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 13, 2024. D & G Contract Furnish and place approximately 80 LF 15 HDPE Pipe; 40 LF 18 HDPE Pipe; 8 Ea Stacked Stone Headwall; 3,095 SY Geotextile; 758 Ton AASHTO #1; 619 Ton 2A Subbase and perform 62 CY Excavation and 7,200 SY Pulverization. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the project. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Bids may be held by Danville Borough for up to 30 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
