The Scope of Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, delivery services, necessary tools and machinery, supervision and coordination, required for the LED fixture retrofits at the Mohave County Lake Havasu Library located at 1770 McCulloch Blvd N, Lake Havasu City, Az 86403, resulting in all can lighting upgrade from fluorescent light fixtures to the LED Retro Fit . County of Mohave, Arizona is soliciting bids for a qualified contractor, appropriately licensed in Arizona, to complete the Mohave County Library District Lake Havasu Branch LED Retro fit, located at 1770 McCulloch Blvd. Lake Havasu City, AZ, 86403. Respondents are invited to review the information and to submit their response to this IFB in accordance with the criteria established within this IFB. Written questions regarding this IFB must be received by the Procurement Department no later than August 8, 2024. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions shall not constitute an amendment to the IFB. Award will be made with reasonable promptness by written notification to the successful bidder(s).
