This project is for a highway connecting US 63 to IA 23 (South 17th Street) to southeast of the city limits. The project is planned to be constructed using combination of RISE grant funding and direct funding from the city of Oskaloosa and Mahaska County. The final amounts represent the Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost for the project, assuming that the RISE grant covers the maximum 65% of the project costs, which is contingent on the final construction costs and Certified Site status being granted. This project is included in the City's FY 2025-2029 capital Improvement program (CIP). As of October 21, 2024, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
