Renovation of a mixed-use development in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction will begin May 2025, with completion slated for September 2025. All subcontractor trades have been awarded. Renovation to the entry of the building with new storefront, exterior wall construction, and finishes to add a new main office and wellness suite. Remodel of the existing administrative office area to add a conference room, teacher work room, and renovation of existing spaces to reamin with finish upgrades. Replace entry doors to the gymnasiums. Addition of air conditioning to classroom; acoustic improvements in the student commons. There will also be a structural repair to east gym that will be added via addendum. There are also alternates to add air conditioning to both gymnasiums. 5% bid bonds will be required and must be submitted with the bid proposal.
