1: Place 610 TON of 9.5mm Superpave Scratch & Leveling Course Item 2: Place 1,220 TON 9.5 mm Superpave Wearing Course Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by Union Township The Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Union Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Labor Standards, Wage Discrimination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contract.
