A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include site improvements and construction of a new regional office for the Idaho Department of Labor in Twin Falls, Idaho. The single-story construction type is VB construction with a total building area of approximately 11,000 sf. The scope of work includes demolition of existing hardscapes and soft scapes within the project limits, site infrastructure and utility connections, and improvements for parking and landscaping as required per the City of Twin Falls. Estimated Cost: $3,800,000 A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $250.00.
