Nevada State University is seeking experienced contractors to execute the RAKER ROOF TOP UNIT (RTU) REPLACEMENT PROJECT located at: 1125 Nevada State Drive, Henderson, NV 89002. Bidder must verify prior to submitting its bid that all subcontractors listed are properly licensed Scope of Work: Project: Raker Student Success Building RTU Replacement Project The scope of work for this project is the removal of the identified existing RTU units and replaced with new RTU units. The project includes permitting, structural engineer stamped drawings, installation, ductwork tie-in, integration with the Building Maintenance System (BMS), and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
