Klockner Road Pump Station Structural Rehabilitation Project. Bidder Attendance is Not Mandatory but is Strongly Recommended in Order to Fully Understand the Project. Also, Under N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.48 at Seq. And N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.55, the Contractor and All Subcontractors Must Be Registered Pursuant to the Public Works Registration Act. It is Recommended That a Copy of the Contractor's and Subcontractor's Current Certificate of Registration is Submitted With the Bid Proposal as Well as the Business Registration Certificate Issued by the State of New Jersey. Concrete Surfaces in the Pump Station Dry Well and Wet Well Sides; Coating of Scheduled Floors, Walls, Ceilings, and Select Materials; Bypass Pumping Station Flows During Certain Work Periods; Cleaning of Wet Well Channels and Pump Suction Wells; Replacement of Gratings and Supports; and, Replace Weather Stripping on Select Windows and Doors; and, an Alternate Bid for Replacement of Hoists and Trolleys Including Structural Enhancements to Hoist Supports; and, an Alternate Bid for Replacement of Slide Gates and Frames. Bids Must Be Made on Standard Proposal Forms, in the Manner Designated and Must Be Received in Sealed Opaque Envelopes, Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder and the Name of the Project on the Outside, Addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Township of Hamilton and Must Be Accompanied by a Non-collusion Affidavit, as Per N.j.s.a. 52:34-15 and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Bid, Providing That Said Check or Bid Bond Need Not Be More Than $20,000.00 Nor Shall Not Be Less Than $500.00, as Per N.j.s.a. 40a:11-21, and Be Delivered at the Place and on or Before the Hour Named Above. If Copies Are Not Provided With the Bid Submittal the Copies Must Be Provided Prior to Contract Award. The Township May Reject Any or All Bids, as Per N.j.s.a. 40a:11-13.2.
