Renovation of a museum in Placerville, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 960-square-foot museum.
Location: 400 Front St. Placerville, CO 81430. Square footage: 960. The San Miguel County Parks & Open Space department is seeking qualified bidders to refinish the entire historic wood floor surfaces of the historic Placerville Schoolhouse, 400 Front Street, Placerville, CO 81430. The project will include all preparations necessary to refinish the floor and protect the historic nature of the wood. The contractor must match the existing historic wood floor look, as close as possible to existing conditions. Contractor must also provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the job. Refinishing must be completed by December 1st, 2024. San Miguel County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Award of bid shall be based on price, experience, references and the ability to perform the work as determined by San Miguel County. Contracts will be awarded accordingly upon review. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
