The project involves engineering and surveying for ADA Handicap Ramp Improvements along: The intersections of Butler Avenue/ East Pettebone Street, Butler Avenue/10 Street, Dennison Street/ Clark Street, Clark Street/Susquehanna Avenue, Atherton Avenue/Institute Street, 6th Street/Sharpe Street, 5th Street/Sharpe Street, 1st Street/Sharpe Street, 1st Street/Monument Avenue. This project is being funded through the Luzerne County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The Municipality of Wyoming Borough is pleased to invite your firm to submit a written Request for Proposal for this project. The Municipality shall negotiate a contract with the firm that submits the most advantageous proposal, subject to the evaluation of information received from interested firms, for necessary services, for a fee which the Municipality determines to be fair and reasonable. Should the Municipality be unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the firm considered to be the most qualified, the Municipality shall then undertake negotiations with the second most qualified firm.
