Reference Number 0000277035 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/30 04:00:00 PM CDT The scope of the Base Bid work includes: Supply and Install generator at Domain Admin Building (prior to June 30, 2025) Supply and Install generator at Sanford Bus Garage (prior to June 30, 2025) Supply and Install generator at St. Pierre Bus Garage (July 2025 - June 2026) Supply and Install generator at Starbuck School (July 2026 - June 2027) Supply and Install generator at Lowe Farm School (July 2027 - June 2028) Supply and Install generator at Sanford Collegiate (July 2028 - June 2029) Supply and Install generator at Ecole Heritage Immersion (July 2029 - June 2030) Supply and Install generator at Rosenort School (July 2030 - June 2031) Domain Admin Building, Sanford Bus Garage and St. Pierre Bus Garage generators will be used to maintain power throughout the building to keep all essential equipment running during power outages. Starbuck, Lowe Farm, Sanford Collegiate, Ecole Heritage Immersion and Rosenort School generators will be used for phone and essential network equipment backup only in case of power outages. Includes all permits, inspections and commissioning as required Includes all connections to Manitoba Hydro and propane or gas sources The scope of Separate No.1 includes: Annual preventative maintenance for all generators in RRVSD beginning July 2025. Preventative maintenance required for 2025 includes seven (7) locations, including Morris School, JA Cuddy School, Oak Bluff Community School, Ecole St.Malo School, Division Office, Domain Admin Building, Sanford Bus Garage. Annual preventative maintenance contract will expand each year following, to include new generators as they are installed. Annual preventive maintenance includes, but is not limited to: service start checks, alternator inspections, control panel inspection and maintenance, cooling system inspection and maintenance, fuel system inspection and maintenance, engine system inspection and maintenance, load test, starting system inspection and maintenance, lubrication system inspection and maintenance, oil change, oil filter change, air filter change, test ATS Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
