Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Walton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; and water / sewer project.

Base Bid Work: 1. Base Bid Work for Contract VW1-G-25 General consists of, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of approximately of 4,600 of pool decking, install new 4" thick concrete decking with wire mesh and electrical bonding of the new decking and reconnect any existing bonding that may be disturbed. 2. Installation of Deck Drain and piping to the existing drywells. 3. Remove replace three skimmers in the wading pool and provide bonding of the new skimmers. 4. Install two sets of stairs and railings in the wading pool to include bonding. 5. Repair a leaking return line to the main pool. Bid Alternate Work: 1. Provide a sqft cost to removal and disposal of approximately of pool decking, install new 4" thick concrete decking with wire mesh and electrical bonding. 2. Remove replace two skimmers in the wading pool and provide bonding of the new skimmers. 3. Provide a price to install a new PVC liner for the two wading pools.
