Site work for a road / highway in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The procurement and installation of fiber optic cables, conduits, pull boxes, controller, traffic cabinet upgrades, networking equipment, fiber interconnect panels, and splice vaults along the Hanley Road, Feise Road, Town Square Avenue, and Technology Drive corridors in the City of Dardenne Prairie as detailed in the Contract Documents incorporated below and specifically via the COUNTY's IFB 24-142. St. Charles County is seeking bids for Dardenne Prairie Fiber Interconnect to Traffic Signals. The County reserves the right to terminate the contract for reasons of violations by the successful proposer of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party ample time to remedy the deficiencies. The County hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award The proposed work includes: The proposed work, hereinafter called the work, includes: the procurement and installation of fiber optic cables, conduits, pull boxes, controller and traffic cabinet upgrades, networking equipment, fiber interconnect panels, and splice vaults along the Hanley Road, Feise Road, Town Square Avenue, and Technology Drive corridors in the City of Dardenne Prairie as indicated in the plans and in these documents, along with communication connections necessary as described on plans or in these documents. All bidders must meet the MoDOT requirements as a Contractor at least seven (7) days prior to bid opening in accordance with Section 102.2 of the St. Charles County Standard Specifications for Arterial Highway Construction A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. St. Charles County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE Goal for this project is 0%. MODOT - Dardenne Prairie Fiber Interconnect to Traffic Signal
